DropZone Sport Shocks System

1- Multi-Lip piston rod seal with check valve system: Our last design provides highest quality and protects its against contaminants, minimizing foaming (cause by the mix of oil and gas inside the shock) and giving a reliable high performance.

2- Piston rod: it's the shock heart, by this reason it must be manufactured under strict conditions. Hardened, chrome and micro polished our piston rod guarantees a perfect surface, without any imperfections. Extra long seal life and smooth operation is the result.

3- Pressurized system we use nitrogen gas to pressurize the oil and eliminate the effects of cavitation.

4- Oil: specially compounded for insurance minimal viscosity changes under extremely temperature variance.

5- Cylinder: twice-drawn-over mandrel pressure tube. concentrity provides good sealing, reduces friction and prolongs piston life.

6- Piston; multistage valve system to insurance the best damping control even under special driving condition. It's made in sintered metal which provides greater strength than traditional metals and Teflon coated for reducing friction.

7- Compression valve: a sophisticated multi-stage compression valve system enables the shock to respond instantly under aggressive handling conditions, maintaining vehicle control and providing maximum grip and traction
